Pandora Internet Radio Adds Over 100 Micro-Genres
Pandora, one of several streaming radio services which allow listeners to customize their own "stations", has added a new feature: genre selection."Until now, stations on Pandora were created when listeners entered the name of a favorite artist, song, or composer," says the company in a news release. Now, over "...100 other micro-genre stations have also been created for listeners who are looking for a different type of station creation option."

SIRIUS XM Radio to Launch Weekly Wine Show
SIRIUS XM Radio will offer Wine & Web with Gary Vaynerchuk, a live, two-hour weekly call-in show. Vaynerchuk is a wine expert, social media maven and author."Gary's unconventional commentary on wine has earned him a cult-like following and numerous fans, self-named 'Vayniacs.' Using humorous expressions like 'sniffy-sniff' and 'The Oakmonster,' he encourages straightforward wine tasting and debunks wine myths," according to a SIRIUS XM news release.
Wine & Web will launch Thursday, August 26 from 10:00 pm - midnight ET on SIRIUS channel 108 and XM channel 139 Thursday.
