Listening to Sports Radio Equal to Drunk Driving

UPI is out with news of a British report that "...listening to sports on the radio while driving can be as dangerous as drunken driving."

The Transport Research Laboratory did the study using 9 men and 9 women between the ages of 25 - 54. It found reaction times were slowed by 20% when drivers listened to sports.

In other words: their delayed reaction would add 20 additional feet of stopping time if traveling 70 miles per hour.

And that's just sports. No word on what Radio does to your concentration when you're listening to political talk radio!
