No Charges for Morning Radio Show That Burned Van But…
Authorities and WFLZ/Tampa have agreed to the punishment for an incident that occurred last December when some employees set a van on fire as part of a radio stunt."A van caught fire in the parking lot of WFLZ radio when 93.3 radio host Dominick Siciliano -- better known as 'Fester' -- was trying to fry a turkey inside the vehicle as part of a stunt on the MJ Morning Show," according to myfoxtampabay.com.
The station was ill-prepared for the fire and one firefighter was injured. No charges will be sought if Todd Schnitt (M.J.), Siciliano and Thomas Charles Ray complete a list of community service requirements and a combined contribution of $15,000 to burn victim charities.
